MPTP treated study of an African green monkey imaged
with ßCIT
This
movie was generated by volume rendering the data
about the coronal axis.
The monkey was imaged with external markers located
at the bridge of the nose, corner of each eye, and
one in each ear. Distance between the two ear markers
is about 8.7cm.
For this monkey the 3D reconstruction algorithm
yields an apparent resolution of 2.5mm.
